Where Is Dental Alginate Made
toast with a glass of red wine, resveratrol ...
Why red wine and not white you'll wonder, since the initial post of my facebook page "The advice of the naturopathic doctor" http://www.facebook.com/ # / pages / I-tips -del-Naturopata/168759186497186? v = wall?
First because we are in winter and the seasonal nature is already an indication of which take account, and then because the saying "wine makes good blood" refers mainly to red wine that seems to be rich in phenolics and phytoalexins in particular the now sought-resveratrol, an antioxidant present in red grape skins (fruit of the vine or Vitis vinifera), but this is already a wide open discussion .... seems to have a clear positive correlation between the lower incidence of cardiovascular disease in populations that frequently consume red wine (see the so-called "French paradox"), and perhaps especially red wine produced with grapes from vines whose lands are at higher altitudes, where there is more oxygen, and that there have not been treated with nitrogenous substances. Resveratrol content is then
Il resveratrolo sembra protegga la pianta dell'uva anche dalle radiazioni ultraviolette, for which an association of ideas should be even more present in grapes grown at lower latitudes where solar radiation is strongest.
E 'so obvious that it is a molecule that acts as a defense mechanism, which in fact is used by some plants to protect themselves and live longer: resveratrol is therefore a recognized natural antioxidant which is still not clear and the bioavailability seems likely that should be taken in large quantities, at least 4 liters of red wine per day, which in any case, even if positive for blood circulation, would be quite harmful to the liver.
Scientists have found and documented that resveratrol has potent anti-aging, anti-aging, retarding the aging and the expression of these traits in animals lower vertebrates, besides having anti-inflammatory and hypoglycaemic. It 'an activator of sirtuins, which are also called the "longevity genes" that in theory ought to delay the processes of cellular aging, especially aging of skin cells that seem most appropriate receptor to be stimulated.
There are now several industries that produce and distribute as a nutritional supplement in large quantities for pure resveratrol capsules in its two cis and trans forms, but generally it is known that the principle active when it is isolated from other elements of phytocompound not seem to have the same attitudes and property that when delivered directly from nature, and in any case are not provided and documented long-term side effects.
I quote here another possible properties of resveratrol has been demonstrated by researchers at the French, which is to have anti-obesity: see this link: http://www.iss.it/binary/natu/cont/resveratrolo.pdf
Beviamoci in peace and happiness in our glass of red wine maybe as much as possible natural, organic and without sulfites, and "naturally" in happy company ... for your health!
